Hi,

I have the following issue that I would like to ask if anyone else has noticed.

When I'm connected to Internet through 3G (and I can access the internet through the browser and also read my emails) I cannot access the contentes of the AppGallery.
If I connect through Wifi it works fine, I can access the contents nd download the apps.

Can anyonelese check this please?

Many thanks
Best Regards
Pedro

Hi Pedro,
AppGallery is a RhoMobile app and, if the carrier proxies all the TCP traffic, then you can have this issue.

Try to take a look at the routing table of your device when it's connected on WiFi and when is connected on 3G.

Is there anything I can do or this is sollely controlled by the carrier and we need to live with it?

Thanks

Pedro
