We have recently discovered a situation where an error can occur when upgrading from MSP 3.3 to 3.3.1 for configurations with a large number of relay servers and sites.  The SPR for this issue is 22032.  If you experience this issue, check the SPR for symptoms and contact the help desk for support.  Ed Rowlance
