5) 2568511 I have a case where without apparent reason, the CPU utilization suddenly goes to 100% and it will stay there until the unit is rebooted. This can happen even at night when the terminal is not being used. We see in the ProcLists files that the process using the CPU at that point is \Windows\shell32.exe, in particular a thread associated to \Windows\ossvcs.dll but we are not sure about the root cause or what can be tested. The units are only using GPRS connectivity, no WiFi.  Does somebody have any idea or suggestion looking at the attached logs? Any help is appreciated.
