Customer today complaining that ES400S units are disabiling radio by themselves. We have seen this in other MCD products. The fix was a WAN always on Reg Key. Does anyone have on for ES400s/ES400/MC65 ? I have been told that MCD devices running windows mobile after battery dropps to 15% the radios start to power down WAN first? Customer also wants to know if the device dies and the device is plugged to charge once it reaches 15% will the WAN (or other) radios turn themselves back on?
