Hi,
is it possible to access/connect to the RFIDReader on MC3300R via Wifi ? I would like to run an Host-Application on a PC using Host-SDK to connect to the (android)-device using ip and port. Or is it only possible to access the reader from Android-App running on MC3300R?

i thought it would be possible. I also tried to route an Incoming port to localhost, but that did not work.got a security exception.
Because I use the mc3300r for testing only (we plan to use fixed FX-Readers if rfid works as expected), i dont want to develop an extra app :-)
Is the cause, because on mc3300r the connection is a not a real connection to localhost (i could imagine that it uses serial communication) ?

At this moment, MC3300R is for android app only.
You can develop an android app that send all the read tag data to your database, then on your PC app is fetching the data from your database.
We have RFD8500 that you can connect to PC via bluetooth, means you will have host application on PC (Windows), all the read tag data will send to PC via bluetooth.
