QLN320- Calibration Issue

Request you to help us on the below.

We have around 3000 QLN 320 printers with us. Recently, wee have developed a new mobile app and calibrating all these printers by sending the below ZPL command through Link OS to these printers from mobile app . The below mentioned calibration command worked on few printers and on other printers the media settings were not being updated even after applying the below calibration command .

Could you please suggest if there is any option or command to force the below settings

Hello,

It looks like your printers have different OS version or differ in settings.
I’d recommend to update firmware to the latest version and then restore factory default settings.
And after that calibrate them one more time.
