CCX advantage

we are in a competitive battle in an account where cisco is pressing the ccx advantage and how they can get additional information to assist in diagnosis and trouble shooting and since ccx is a universal standard, customer can benefit from it with any device they use. does anyone know if we collect any additional data from our devices (i.e. collaboration with Fusion) to assist in determining it's health and performance? thanks, Afshin
