Guys, Do we support the copying of contacts to the Sim Card? As customers use the ES400 they often add additional contacts to the device as Outlook contacts. If the device needs swopping out they lose these contacts unless they can be copied to the Sim. I have two customers both using BSP 2.31.002 with different sims (O2 and Voda) but neither seems to support the copying of contacts back onto the sim - unless the device is cold booted and then they may appear on the sim. Any thoughts? Thanks Andy
