I've posted the tool with instruction on compass. It's in a very functional state. but there will be improvements. Eventually, we will want to filter things that we know will be different ... serial numbers, neighbor info, etc ... Also, the "combine" function only works with the "values" files, not the missing / extra ... so that will be the first update in the coming weeks. eNB Compare Tool Also, this has been tested to run on the OSS machine(s), So, you can do all the work there if you prefer.
