All, I have a customer experiencing an odd issue with their MC75As whereby the devices seem to be getting stuck on CAPS Lock. They are Numeric units running BSP41. I've looked through the manual and there doesn't seem to be anyway of getting the device to go into CAPS lock only a single shifted capital. Double pressing shift just turns it back off. They are using the latest version of Wavelink but I don't think that is the cause as I have pulled up the on screen keypad and it doesn't show that CAPS is enabled. With a bit of fiddling with the Orange Key and the shift key I can get an affected unit to go back to normal but it will quickly reset and when I get it to that state the Orange key state is not displayed correctly. This is a major issue as they can't enter numbers (the vast majority of their text entry) and the only way I have found to clear it is a clean boot and rebuild. Has anyone seen this or got any ideas?
