Carrier ATT customer sent emscript logs times of occurrence are " Times of Day: 8:26AM, 9:17AM, 10:19AM, a2:06PM, and 3:00PM" looking in the RTLog from logs 2.zip, can see error at that time 8:26am "PBC::IRC didn't find(apiid : 73)" looking in the RTLog from logs3.zip (18:2631) and from logs4.zip (17:35:25) can see error at that time "WCSRV:: No Adapter, WCS_OID 75 called " assistance with analyzing logs would be aprpeciated.
