I have a customer using the es400 in a medical application and the microDS card vibrates loose when they ship the device to the patient. I have reviewed their install process and validated that they consistently "lock" the card holder. This happens in about 15% of the devices--all devices are new. I am testing nail polish and will look for some kind of tape. The microSD card is not typically removed, but we should be able to remove whatever adhesive is used so it is possible to remve the microDS if needed...I dont know what effect nail polish remover would have on the plastics of the microSD Has anyone used a sealer or tape to secure the microSD card to prenvent this typoe of failure? Any other ideas how to overcome this situation??
