TC55 (KK 2.65) doesn't seem to contain PTT Express client. However, it is stated as supported device in PTT Express specs and materials.
I've pulled the APK from TC8000 and installed it on TC55 successfully. It runs, but when I press the PTT button I hear the "floor busy / no service" tone.

Was anyone able to run PTT Express successfully on TC55? Thanks.
