Hello Krishna,

Your ZPL looks ok. Seems you need to check and probably to fix your printer settings with Printer Setup Utilities.

Hello Krishna,

Sorry, It seems I have missed an issue in your ZPL code.

As you can see in Programming Guide document, each field data ^FD needs to be closed with field separator ^FS code.

Your ZPL code needs to be fixed this way:

ZPL= "^XA^FDTEST^FS^XZ"

Hi All ,

Could you please help us on the below issue.

After first print from 2nd print onwards the label is towards right and the compete alignment is getting distorted but when we press feed button the printer after each print the label is printing correctly. Could you pleas let us know if we can send feed command along with ZPL to make sure the printer feeds correctly before it prints or after each print stop at the right position.

We are using the below mentioned ZPL to print the label .The first print is coming correctly and 2nd print onwards the label started moving towards right and few prints its moving completely right side corner and the label is getting distorted. Request you to help us as we completely blocked with this issue.

Printer details : QLN320

We calibrated printer with the below settings:

Hello Krishna,I have checked

Hello Krishna,

I have checked your ZPL code and the only inconsistency I was able to see there is "^QP" command that needs more parameters to be passed.

Look here for command description: https://www.zebra.com/content/dam/zebra/manuals/printers/common/programming/zpl-zbi2-pm-en.pdf#page=299

Could you please to fix it and then try it once more?

Thank you for the reply but

Thank you for the reply but it didn't work even after trying PQ command with different parameters.

Just to add , after 3 or 4 printouts and when we click on
feed button on the printer again it started working correctly for the immediate
first print. We are suspecting that after print,  the printer is not
stopping at the right paper position . Is there any way we could emulate the feed
button on the printer so that we could feed correctly after each print .

Hello Krishna,

Unsure it is a proper approach to use any feed command as workaround for the issue. Could you please to share:

1) Photo (or even better, a short video) of labels with issue.

2) Full ZPL code for multiple labels.

3) Full configuration of your printer.
