Team, does anyone know if we support windows 8 for activesync with our MCs yet? What is our official response to partners who have problems connecting their MCs to win8 laptops? Thanks in advance

Not sure about the official response. But you can use Windows Mobile Device Centre similar to Win 7. You may need to run windows update if the device not getting connected at once. Tharindu.
The problem is that in Windows 8 Mobile Device Center does not seem to work properly with our devices. I have at least one case with an ES400 that cannot connect to a Win8 laptop.
