I tried to hold the "reset" button found on reader's back for 10 seconds, it did switch to "factory" profile, but not resetting admin's password to default!

Try going to this url: http://fx9500xxxxxx(x:the last 6 digits of mac) to access default web browser and see if you can get into the reader that way.
