Hi Jacek,
The MC40, at this moment, is not available with the Google Mobile Services that includes Google Play.
We're working to release this summer an update OS for the MC40 with Android v5.1, probably with and without the Google Services (like for other devices like TC70, TC75).
If you need more information I suggest that you reach out to your local Zebra Technology office.
