Is this for JB? According to this thread the Enterprise Enabler is not required on KK or above: . I too could not see Enterprise Enabler on the updated support portal, do you know where the Enterprise Enabler for JB went?

My issue is running on KK GMS TC70 device. Once I upgraded the device from GA2 release to GA3 GMS Release, the EMDK Power Manager API's started failing. I went back through the EMDK upgrade, no help. Re-read and noticed the Reference to the Enabler, that is why I was looking for it.
If the Enabler is not needed for a TC70 KK device, then there is an upgrade flow issue to GA3 GMS.
I will retrace my test steps and see if I get the same error.
