My hardware:
Model: TC700H
EMDK for Xamarin runtime(?): Mono Shared Runtime 7.4.0-19
Android OS: Android 4.4.2
 
Have been working three days straight to use EMDK for Xamarin, but have not been successful.
So I downloaded the sample (BarcodeSample1) and successful built it using Visual Studio Community 2017 (after configuring Visual Studio with the EMDK for Xamarin add-on).
When I select BUILD > Deploy, the action ends a with failed deployment and [INSTALL_FAILED_MISSING_SHARED_LIBRARY] is shown in output log.
 
In the solution window, under COMPONENTS the following component is shown: EMDK for Xamarin () (2.5.0.69)
 
Both the DWDemo and the DaraWedge preinstalled applications work fine.
