is it possible manage the arrow keys and function keys in the Button.xml file?
If yes, can I have the key-code?

Yes you can have Arrow keys and Function keys in button.xml file. Their keycodes are:
[up Arrow:19, down Arrow:20, left Arrow:21, right Arrow:22]
[F1:131 to F12:142]
