Hello all,

I need to print on a ZT410 printer using ZPL language a very big QR code.

Tesla ask us to print a fixed size 3,2X3,2 inches QR code...

How can we do that?

Regards

Bottom line magnification factor should past more than 10. I got same issue.

Hello, I too have the same requirement with 3.2in of QR barcode label. I am in SAP and I am able to create QR barcode enlarged version in SAP and stored as BMP file in SE78 dynamically. If I want to send this image to Printer, how I can proceed. How to read this data, and send to printer. Any insights or sample code will be helpful. I tried with ^DG / ^XG commands, but its giving error. I have data in XSTRING format for the image. This is dynamic data and I print in large volumes. Everytime, after I read image data from SE78, I delete the image and then create another one with new data.Thank you very much in advance.

Hi Carlos,

The QR code ZPL command has a built in magnification variable, ranging from 1 to 10. Details on the commands options can be found on page 103 of the ZPL Programming Guide. Unfortunately, this command doesn't allow for resizing based on measurement. If you're sending the QR code from an app, one option is to generate the QR code as an image, which can be printed with exact measurements.

Hi,
We have the exact requirement from Tesla to print a large QR code with dimensions 3.2" X 3.2" for variable data. So we can not generate a QR image and use it. Is there any other alternative?
