TC75X -> ICON PHONE what does it mean ?

Hell all,
we have some zebra device TC75X under android 6.
since today with have a lot of device with a icon of phone call -> see attachment but i can't find in the document what the icon does it mean ?

is it failed phone call or anything else ?
