If you need to recover existing profiles, I suggest you try reverting to the previously installed version of StageNow and then use the Export Profiles button in the All Profiles tab to create a zip file containing the existing profiles. You can then try reinstalling 5.x but if the issue persists you would need to open a support ticket via the links here: https://www.zebra.com/us/en/about-zebra/contact-zebra/contact-tech-suppo...
