Hi Darryn,
Thanks a lot for the release!
Is this already on GitHub? On Linux I tend to build the Rhodes gem myself. The branches:
<ul>
<li>remotes/origin/5-0-servicepack2-stable</li>
<li>remotes/origin/5-0-sp2-stable</li>
<li>remotes/origin/5-0-stable</li>
</ul>
do not seem to reflect the changes and the version number still is 5.0.2.
All the best,
Jörg
The right branch appears to be 5-0-sp3-stable. At least that is what I have been using for my testing, successfully. (8.1/64-bit.) 5-0-sp2-stable does not have the code needed for that.
There is a discrepancy between the name of the git branch and what it has been called externally.
Additionally, you can never trust the version file. Apparently, the version labeling is done manually during the build process for production. Even in 5-0-sp3-stable, it still says 5.0.2. I always change that file when I create a Gem from git source.
Just to add further to the confusion, there are now these branches as well:
5-0-25-stable
5-0-servicepack2-stable
But now it is released, so you can just download the suite and not worry about it, unless you want to play along with any incremental bug-fixes.
I assume that the Suite now also has the updated RhoElements that some have been asking for!
Yeah, sorry about the branch numbering... what was originally SP1 never got released externally in that form so the branch numbering got a bit out of sync.
5-0-25-stable will be the externally released SP1 (<a href="http://rhomobile-suite.s3.amazonaws.com/5.0/5.0.25/RMS_0500sp1_ReleaseN… RhoMobile Suite</a>)
Hi does version 5 allow addition of exit, minimize and maximize buttons for windows applications?
