Need to Exit Kiosk Mode to Troubleshoot Device

I didn't see many posts regarding the Kiosk mode, especially for the new versions. I know it can be disabled through the .xml or through Admin mode, but I can't get to the menu to sign in as an admin to disable it. This also prevents me from opening StageNow to stage another profile to upload a new .xml to disable it.

Device: VC8300

OS: Android 13.38

EHS_070302.apk is installed

Hi William, 

If you cannot get the Admin privilege from EHS and StageNow is not among the Kiosk APPs, it's nearly impossible to get pass the Kiosk Mode.

Only viable solution is either to uninstall EHS remotely if the device is under an EMM or to reset the device.  

Another solution is to extract the EHS configuration from the device, either from the EMM or through ADB (But I assume this is disabled) and check the code/password for the Admin mode, which has been used in the xml.
