I am trying to use the SendFileToPrinter API to print from a cloud-based system to my Zebra ZD421t printer, but I keep encountering this error:

I have already enabled the SendFileToPrinter API for my Zebra Developer account. My API key is correct and linked to my tenant. The printer appears under "My Devices" in the Zebra Developer Portal, and I am using the correct deviceId. I have also tried registering the printer twice to make sure it is properly set up. Additionally, I have sent the correct Weblink JSON configuration to the printer to ensure it is linked to Zebra Cloud.

How do you call the SFTP API? There is an article about how to use the SendFileToPrinter API. Make sure there is no extra header in the HTTP request. You can follow the article and try to call the API from Curl command to test. There is an Curl example in the article.
