Add a Custom Splash Screen to the AppGallery Mobile app

Version 9

The AppGallery Mobile App can be rebuilt with a custom splash screen to better suit Zebra partners and enterprise customers. This simple process takes just a few minutes and requires only the splash screen image file (plus the certificate password and bundle ID if customizing the iOS app).

    IMPORTANT

This action has the following effects on the newly built AppGallery Mobile (AGM) app:

    • The new AGM app will have access only to apps published by the organization that created the new build
    • The new AGM app will no longer have access to Marketplace apps or those of other organizations
    • Users of the new app will now be subject to forced installs and automatic updates initiated by the organization

    1. Log into AppGallery.

    2. Click Galleries in the menu bar.

    3. Click on the organization name and select your organization, if necessary.

    4. Click the Customize Mobile App button, as highlighted below.
