I tried this on my MC92N0 running OEM version 00.55.13 and AppCenterCE_110_2068. Seems to work OK. You can find your OEM version by looking at Settings/ControlPanel/SystemInfo/System. What versions are you running?
Thanks for your reply…
Still problem exists.
Actually the device came with windows embedded handheld 6.5. then we asked dealer we need windows CE7.0 . he changed OS and then returned to us. OEM version : 03.54.02
While configuring this the device it shows error that “this device is not approved platform, or is not registered for Motorola appcenter.”

Not sure if this is related to the OS swap or not, but it might be.
Assuming you are running the same version of Appcenter that I have, you could try updating the OS. The middle and last numbers in the OEM version relate to the versioning, the first number has more to do with keeping track of custom features and patch versions in a release so even though it would sound like your release is newer than mine, it is not. You could try updating the OS to 00.55.13 and see if this fixes the issue. If not, I think you or the dealer might need to work with Zebra support to see if this might be related to the OS swap and if there is any way around it.
On the support site it lists this release for a specific scan engine, but my device does not have that engine and it works fine, so it should be OK no matter what scanner you have.
