XSL in Motorola Webkit (xml or js)

I am trying to create  a simple xsl transform of xml to html on the client.  Has anyone been able to do this in the Motorola Webkit?

There are two approaches I am aware of and attempted.  One is to have the xsl script in my xml as shown here http://www.tizag.com/files/xml/class.xml and explained here http://www.tizag.com/xmlTutorial/xslttutorial.php

The second approach is a javascript approach that processes the transform as seen here http://www.w3schools.com/xsl/xsl_client.asp

Both of these examples work in Chrome and Safari on my desktop, but neither work on the ET1 device I am using.  I would need to do this on the client.  I am just trying to get the simple case working as explained above.

Quick update:  Here is the webkit site on this http://www.webkit.org/projects/xslt/index.html and their sample page http://www-archive.mozilla.org/projects/xslt/test.xml

Hi Zac,That's an interesting

Hi Zac,

That's an interesting use case, thanks for pointing to the WebKit project page, that seems to indicate it is a core feature of WebKit rather than something we just don't support... it sounds like it could be a bug in our WebKit implementation and I'll add it to our tracking db. I'll have a word with our webkit guys, maybe it's a simple case of a missing compilation option.

Edit: give me another week on this before you here back
