1- How to turn off the rebound effect

by swiping your finger vertically on the screen, you can see the upper and lower margins of the screen even when the application uses the entire space.

How to turn off this rebound effect ?

The first one show the web application taking the full screen and displayed in a web view :

This is how the internet

This is how the internet explorer uses (implements) the gestures in CE7. You could disable the Internet Explorer's gesture capabilities totally by the following registry change.

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Gesture]

"GestureCapabilities"=dword:0

Changing this registry enables users to configure the way they want IE to deal with finger gestures like pinch/zoom/pan etc.
