WebKit used by RhoMobile

Hello,

we are developing apps with the last version of RhoStudio. We compiled android .apk apps without rhoelements check and we observed that in different terminals have different behaviour in the screen. We tested it in various models with android (samsung, htc, ...) and there are differences in the display, but the html5, css3 and .js are the same files in all cases. We don't understand why happens.

The .apk have a WebKit inside or it used the terminal webkit? What is the version the webkit used by the last RhoStudio version (with and without rhoelements)?

Regards,

Oesía

Hello, When you add app_type:

Hello,

When you add app_type: rhoelements to build.yml Motorola WebKit is used

Or if you turn it on explicitly:

http://docs.rhomobile.com/rhoelements/rhoelements2-native#enabling-motor...

In all other cases built-in platform Browser will be used.

You can also turn off Motorola Webkit in case of app_type: rhoelements:

http://docs.rhomobile.com/rhoelements/rhoelements2-native-hybrid#choosin...

Send sample application to reproduce the issues, pls

Regards,

Evgeny.
