I have tried this combination, but this doesnt seem to work on Windows Mobile 6.5 device. It works fine on iOS.
The application I'm trying to test is built using Sencha Touch 2, packaged/compiled with RhoElements 2.
This application is packaged with RhoElements and is natively deployed. I see the MOTO webkit related files on Win Mobile device.
Is there a way to force the application to use MOTO webkit components instead of the device browser components?
How to validate this setting?
On Windows Mobile devices the device browser component (IE) will never be used. On iOS devices the Moto WebKit browser is not available, the stock Safari browser component is used.
You can validate the WebKit in use by navigating to any site which reflects your user agent such as http://www.whatsmyuseragent.com/, Moto WebKit will report Motorola in the user agent.
