ACS Radius Error Message meaning

At a customer, ACS Radius is deauth'ing MC70s, and then after a few seconds, it auth's them. It shows the following message: " EAP type not configured check Global Authentication Setup page".

As usual, customer thinks it's our fault (Fusion's actually). They have asked Cisco about this message, but they do not have any reply yet. So, in the meantime, until Cisco says anything, it's our fault...
Does anyone know what does this mean?

"EAP type not configured

"EAP type not configured check Global Authentication Setup page" this means that the authentication type that they are using on the client is not configured in their ACS server. To check what EAP types are enabled in their ACS, they should view their "Global Authentication setup page". What EAP authentication are they using?

Actually, they use PEAP, and this has been working for almost one year...until they had a power failure in their servers, one week ago. Since then, they are having those messages.
