WSxxx, APxxx firmware software location changing

The following message is from GSD regarding a change with 'entitled' software (i.e. firmware for WSxxx, APxxx, etc). In summary on Aug 20th, all entitled software will be moved from devzone to Support Central. All devzone users will get an email with specific instructions for accessing the software.

Single Site Location for Software Support and Downloads



Motorola is pleased to announce the next step in our ongoing commitment to provide enhanced online self-service tools and developer resources.



In the coming weeks, we will release the next enhancement for Support Central: simplified access to entitled software. The software you currently access in DevZone will now be available from Support Central through a single Support Central user id and password.



Prior to release, you will receive an email from supportcentral.enterprise (@motorola.com) with instructions on how to initiate your access to Support Central and direct links to your entitled software. At that point, you must initiate the new Support Central account to maintain uninterrupted access to your entitled software.



Once registered, you’ll continue to enjoy fast access to your specific software updates, along with:





  • Rapid access to software downloads via a single sign-on

  • Quick availability to software titles as they are released

  • Smooth navigation to product-based software and information



Watch for additional email communication and specific directions on this upcoming enhancement to entitled software access.
