    RhoElements Volume Keys for Windows Mobile

    Christopher Sather

      Rho Elements Version 1 and 2 will have the System Volume Keys (e.g. Blue+H Blue+M on MC9190 53 key) disabled by default, where Win CE system volume keys are enabled.

      Edit the Config.xml file to enable:

      <DeviceKeys>

      <FunctionKeysCapturable   value="0"/>

      <EnableFunctionKey_F1     value="0"/>

      <EnableFunctionKey_F2     value="0"/>

      <EnableFunctionKey_F3     value="0"/>

      <EnableFunctionKey_F4     value="0"/>

      <EnableFunctionKey_F5     value="0"/>

      <EnableFunctionKey_F6 value="1"/>

      <EnableFunctionKey_F7     value="1"/>

      <EnableFunctionKey_F8     value="0"/>

      Unblocking function keys may expose the underlying operating system, particularly the red and green phone keys will give access to the start menu and programs.
