Access Point Training

A customer who has their own tech support help desk is interested in having their help desk staff trained on Motorola Access Points, specifically the AP 5131.  Has anyone set up a training course for any of our Access Points?  Topics may be setup of AP, troubleshooting of AP, etc.

If so, could you share your training materials on Compass?
