    Error with scrollbars when specifying viewport

      I am currently using an ES400 and am running RhoElements version 2.1.1.7 with the hotfix listed here.

      Here is the code:

      <!DOCTYPE HTML>
      <html>
      <head>
      <title>test</title>
          <META HTTP-Equiv="QuitButton" Content="Visibility:Visible">
          <meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width/1.5, initial-scale=1.5, maximum-scale=1.5, user-scalable=no">
          <style>
              .scrollingDiv
              {
                  border:1px solid #888;
                  height:180px;
                  width:auto;
                  overflow:auto;
              }
          </style>
      </head>
      <body>
          <div class="scrollingDiv">viewport error with scrollbars<br/>Line2<br/>Line3<br/>Line4<br/>Line5<br/>Line6<br/>Line7<br/>Line8<br/>Line9<br/>Line10<br/>Line11<br/>Line12<br/>Line13<br/>Line14<br/>Line15<br/>Line16<br/>Line17<br/>Line18
          </div>
      </body>
      </html>

      This is how it looks when it is rendered on the device:

      If I tap on the scrollbars, nothing happens.  But if I tap there the scrollbars are supposed to be then it scrolls.  Where should I report issues like this?
