Horst, there are a couple of USB ports on the ET1. They're covered in the ET1 ENTERPRSIE TABLET INTEGRATOR GUIDE. Unfortunately, it doesn't show how to disable the ports. Your best bet is to call Motorola Helpdesk and open a ticket. You can do this by either calling 1 (800) 653-5350 or via email at http://firstname.lastname@example.org.
Are you looking to disable both USB mass storage and ADB debugging?
yes, I like to disable both.

Have you check if SOTI can do it?
Otherwise your app can set the properties to enable/disable this parameters
// 0 to disable, 1 to enable
The problem is that to write to this setting Android requires that the application is signed (or you have a rooted device).
Currently, your best option would be to create a custom product request to do this. We've had one created that had USB Mass Storage disabled and the "pop up" screen that allows you to enable it removed from the OS. ADB is disabled by default in the OS, so if you secure the device with Enterprise Home Screen you could prevent the users from turning it on. We requested an Intent way to do this, but wasn't implemented quite correctly in Gingerbread. As we work towards the Jellybean release our account hopes to have this controllable through MX.
