Zebra QL220 bluetooth printer

I have a customer who prints to a zebra QL220 from the MC70, via a bluetooth connection. The first two barcodes printed seem to be out of alignment and then it seems to align and the rest of the barcodes print out fine.

Has anyone run into this in the field, any known resolutions?  Customer is working with Zebra right now to resolve but I thought i would check ahead because if they can't find a resolution they will come to Moto to resolve it.

Define out of alignment, Is

Define out of alignment, Is it top to bottom or right to left?

Top to bottom could point to the printer loosing calibration of label length, left to right could be the ZPL code that is being sent to the printer.  Any chance of getting an output of the code sent to the printer, it’s been a while but I would be happy to take a look.
