Hi Sun, typically you can expect a "normal" batterylife of allmost 12 months .But if you are thinking about charg- and discharging cycle, you must know, every lift and put back in the cradle menas such a cycle. And that is what the customers allways do, so this lifecycle goes  down then. Best practise is to change afte 12-15 months the battery of complete install base. Hope this helps. Regards Martin

Correct, the batt life is more based on the usage than the time, so the answer sould be.. "It depends" on the usage level, enviroment(hospital, warehouse, maunfacturing and more,)
