Are others seeing issues with ES400 locking on boot screen. IKON is seeing this more and more. 4 out of 25 so far. Is this a known issue. The QCN is listed.

I have seen this on devices running 19.001. It typically happens if the battery is run all the way down. There are 2 related SPR's
