I would like to find out if there's any possibility to synchronize data from my app to Apple and Google game centers. I want to be able to store and retrieve player's scores from game centers.
How can I do this?

You would need to write a native extension supporting iOS and Android. You'll need to write code in Objective-C for iOS and Java for Android.
You might first see if somebody else has written one, and if you do write one, consider making it an open-souce project so that others can benefit.
