Hello, I'm working with this device Tc8000 - emdk v3.1 and now I want to publish my app on the playstore for the users to download and most important keep updating any release, but in this device the playstore app it's gone, so.. It's possible to install Google Play app on the Tc8000?

Starting with the Lollipop Release, the TC8000 can be reinstalled with a GMS version of the OS.

Google Play Store is a component of the Google Mobile Services (GMS). GMS is a proprietary suite of frontends to Google cloud services and not necessarily part of Android. TC8000 doesn't come with GMS. You could use Zebra App Gallery to publish your App.
