I have enterprise home screen installed on my TC8000 and exceeded the maximum number of admin login attempts. USB debugging is not installed so the only adb function I have available is sideloading. Does anyone have any solutions to either reset the device or access the settings in some way? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Please take a look at the integration guide (https://www.zebra.com/content/dam/zebra_new_ia/en-us/manuals/mobile-com… ) on page 1-11 there is a section for 'performing an Enterprise Reset'. You will need to have access to restricted downloads at the support portal to download the appropriate package however (TC8000 Operating System Support & Downloads | Zebra ). You should be able to apply "an update from ADB" to sideload the update. If an Enterprise reset is not your cup of tea, you could also perform a factory reset (i.e. the state the device was from the factory) by following the instructions on page 1-12 of the integration guide.
