    Is there any way to force the app to start in landscape orientation on iPhone?

      Is there a configuration setting that will allow Rhomobile apps to start in landscape mode?

      We have tried setting “disable_screen_rotation=0” in rhoconfig.txt but the application always starts in portrait mode, then rotates landscape if the device is held in landscape position.

      We have also tried calling ScreenOrientation::rightHanded() on application but had no effect.

      We have also tried adding the following keys to the iOS plist file, but that had no effect.

            <key>UISupportedInterfaceOrientations</key>

                <array>

                    <string>UIInterfaceOrientationLandscapeRight</string>

                </array>

            <key>UIInterfaceOrientation</key>

            <string>UIInterfaceOrientationLandscapeRight</string>

            <key>UIInterfaceOrientation~ipad</key>

            <string>UIInterfaceOrientationLandscapeRight</string>

      Thanks,
