I'm not too sure it can be recovered without the USB housing. Which SimpleUserDrive did you use? 1.2? You most likely need need to update the ASL and Resource files on the SB1 to correct the issue.
I agree with Derek. without connecting to device it can not be rectified.In User Drive files got corrupted. You need to clean the user drive and restart. If you know IP of device try whether u r able to ping the device.
I was able to recover once I obtained the developer back housing. I am also pretty sure that I put the sample user drives from the V0.7 tool kit when I should have been using the v1.2 tool kit.
