When template is detected, its layout is displayed on black (I suggested to have it in green, contrast is better).
I have noticed that when I carefully try and overlay the layout over the image, this never matches.
That is because the X/Y ratio of the layout is not the same than displayed picture.
The wrong one is actually displayed picture's. I carefully measured it orthogonally placing the TC55 on top of it.
Viewfinder's image is not proportioned, while layout seems to be (that one is impossible to measure ).
I also found that DPXDemo's viewfinder shows exactly what camera does (both are distorted).
Yet, once one takes the photo, resulting image is NOT (pls find attached).
Could this be a problem when identifying the fields -harder to detect?
The incorrect ratio is a result of expanding the viewfinder to fit the screen. We are aware of this and will do our best to ensure a better match in the future. However, the size of the form shown on the screen has no bearing on the accuracy of our engine; it merely affects visual display.
