You (or RhoRunner) used a private, undocumented API. That's not allowed.
What version of Rhodes did you use? I'm guessing some previously-public API has been made private, and you're using an older version of Rhodes that makes use of it.
Note that starting in February, you MUST use Rhodes 4.x if you want to release on the App Store, because Apple is going to start requiring all submitted apps to be built for iOS 7 using Xcode 5. That's not possible with Rhodes 3.x, and I don't think Motorola has any plans to update Rhodes 3.x.
