Hello, hoping you guys can provide some advice.
A coworker of mine was performing Gingerbread to Jellybean upgrades on a number of our devices and accidentally did one out of order. He had a device running Jellybean and then accidentally ran a Gingerbread upgrade on the device.
At this time, when you try to power the device on, the you are presented with the Motorola Solutions Logo and it doesn't go anywhere. Its clear the OS is toast. So, my question is: is there a "Full install" of Gingerbread and/or Jellybean that we can just flush the device and start over?
Thanks in advance for your advice!
If you use the FullPackageUpdate file of the JB and select the file from the bootloader that should work
