<li>Review best practices docs</li>
<li>Overview of tools – recommendations</li>
</ul>

<li>- Client Install, customization, configuration - lab

<li>XML Customization</li>
<li>TFTP Profile</li>
<li>MDM deployment? Maybe cover Z PDF doc</li>
</ul>

<li>- PTT Pro</li>
<li>- PTT Pro implementation</li>
<li>- WFC / PTT Pro Integration</li>

As noted in my email just now, Rick and I are working with Tim Loewenstein to see if it may be possible to obtain the needed technical information and get it out to the SEVT in a form that will allow SEVT members to develop the needed expertise with a minimum of travel..
